Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the overall Human Resources and Industrial Relations strategy for the plant, aligning people priorities with operational and business objectives.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain strong industrial relations through proactive engagement with unions, workmen, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and HR governance standards while supporting uninterrupted business operations.
- Partner with plant leadership to foster a high-performance culture, strengthen employee engagement, and drive change management initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations, capability building, performance management, employee lifecycle processes, and organizational development.
- Enable seamless collaboration across internal stakeholders and support long-term workforce readiness.
Experience & Qualifications :
- 15- 17 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within large industrial, manufacturing, energy, or unionized environments.
- Strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR), union management, labour law compliance, and statutory frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in leading plant HR functions and driving organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and business partnering capabilities.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or related discipline from a reputed institute.
