Chief Human Resources Officer - Manufacturing

We are currently partnering with a globally reputed manufacturing to appoint a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for its India operations.

Role : CHRO

Location : Mumbai

This role will lead the HR agenda for a large, complex organization (1,500+ employees) across manufacturing, R&D, commercial, and corporate functions.

Key Highlights :

- Enterprise HR leadership role for India

- Managing a team of senior HR leaders (TA, COEs etc)

- Strong interface with APAC leadership in a global matrix

- Operating within a structured, compliance-driven environment

Ideal Profile :

- Currently in a CHRO/enterprise HR leadership role

- Experience within global manufacturing MNCs

- Strong track record of leadership stability and impact

- Comfortable working with regional / global stakeholders
