HR Codes Consulting is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the people function across our operations in India and the Middle East (ME), supporting a projected headcount of approximately 850 employees. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving organizational excellence, people strategy, and cultural harmony, aligning with our mission to blend strategic insight with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:
As the CHRO for India & ME, you will be a strategic partner, driving the following core areas:
1. Strategic Leadership & Organizational Design
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy for the India and ME regions that aligns with HR Codes' global business objectives and commitment to unlocking human potential.
- Lead Organizational Structuring and Banding , and Job Architecture Design to ensure the organization is agile, scalable, and future-ready.
- Partner with leadership to drive HR Transformation & Change Management across the entire employee lifecycle.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee Leadership & Executive Hiring strategy to attract high-quality executive talent quickly and precisely.
- Develop and implement innovative Talent Assessment & Learning Programs to build a stronger workforce.
- Drive robust Performance Management & Appraisals processes that foster a high-performance culture.
3. Compensation & Rewards
- Design and manage competitive total rewards packages, utilizing Compensation Benchmarking & Design expertise to ensure both internal equity and market alignment.
- Deep expertise in total rewards, analytics, and people strategy is essential.
4. HR Operations & Technology
- Lead the implementation and management of HR Technology Turnkey Solutions to ensure a seamless HR tech ecosystem and maximize efficiency.
- Establish and utilize People Analytics Frameworks to guide data-driven decision-making and measure outcomes.
5. Culture, M&A, and Compliance
- Champion HR Codes' belief that organizations thrive when human and digital capabilities work in harmony.
- Drive People and Culture M&A (Merger & Acquisition) activities as the company scales.
- Ensure full compliance with all local labor laws and regulations across the India and ME regions.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 15-25 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant tenure in a leadership role overseeing multiple geographies, particularly India and the Middle East.
- Experience in the IT Service, Technology, E-commerce, or Consulting industries, demonstrating a proven track record in digital transformation and HR technology integration.
- A Masters degree from a Top B-School is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to operate successfully at a startup pace, driving rapid, scalable growth with flexible consulting models.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams at every level to drive innovation.
- A global mindset with local execution capability.
