Job Description:
- Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Research and analyze HR issues, provide insights and recommendations
- Align HR objectives with organizational objectives to act as a business enabler
- Transform and modernize HR processes and policies as per industry benchmarks
- Drive a performance-based culture with effective appraisal and variable pay plans
- Manage compensation, payroll, benefits, and performance systems
- Plan manpower needs and drive hiring in line with business plans
- Attract, engage, and retain talent through rewards and employee initiatives
- Develop leadership capabilities at senior and mid-management levels
- Design and implement training, development, and succession planning
- Forecast HR costs, manage variances, and optimize resources
- Align HR investments with financial and business priorities
- Build a culture of adaptability, performance, and openness to change
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, office supplies, and administration
- Monitor costs and assist in budget preparation
- Supervise office activities such as events, renovations, and recycling
- Ensure compliance with HR and operational policies and regulations
- Maintain and update HR dashboard
- Stay updated on organizational changes and business developments
Ideal Candidate: 15+ years of exp in HR. Tier 1/2 MBA. Extensive experience in Retail Financial Services.
