2. Role Overview:
- The CHRO will oversee all HR functionstalent acquisition, performance management, L&D, OD, C&B, compliance, and culture building.
- The role requires driving HR alignment with business strategy, supporting both steady-state and scale-up initiatives.
3. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition and management
- Performance management
- Build L&D and OD frameworks to support growth
- Manage C&B and statutory compliance
- Shape a positive, high-performance work culture
4. Ideal Candidate Profile:
A) Experience / Qualification:
- 20+ years of experience, of which the last 3-5 years heading the HR function of a 2000 plus Cr organisation with an employee strength of around 500.
- MBA ( 2 years full time) IN HR
- Industry Preference: NBFC/BANK
- Initially Mid/Large-size system-driven company, followed by start- ups/scale-ups
B) Skills & Competencies:
- Strong HR generalist experience
- . Expertise in performance management and employee engagement
- Ability to drive L&D and OD initiatives
- Strategic thinking with execution capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
