JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design & Execute the Human resources strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, its analysis, and recommendations to the leadership through strategic thinking and direction. - Transform HR processes and policies by leveraging both the new and old frameworks and aligning it with the overall industry benchmarks and organizational objectives, to drive better decision making, better anticipate workforce needs, increase ability to manage performance, and to support learning initiatives. - Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives for the employees, thus moving from a function which is a business support to a business enabler role. - Drive a Performance based culture: Performance management and Variable pay plan, Compensation and Payroll Management for all staff. Effective Implementation of Performance assessment system. - Implement the strategic plan by establishing functional accountabilities, including attracting the right talent, competitive overall reward plan, welfare benefits, training and development, succession planning, employee relations and retention and HR compliances - Operate the HR aspects which have a financial impact on the overall cost by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances, aligning resources, developing action plans, measuring and analyzing the results, initiating corrective path and above all minimizing the impact of variances. - Developing leadership capabilities beyond the top team and create a competent functional line of skills at the mid-level too. - Balance resources and understand the financial implications of any investment in every aspect of the business, including talent. - Manpower planning and accordingly drive hiring plans in alignment with business plans - Learning & Development Plan: design and implementation - Develop a culture to embrace change and drive high performance, ability to think differently and above all align with the business environment in a population of employees ingrained with flexibility and adaptability to change. - Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints - Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation - Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and general administration related responsibilities. - Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.) - Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations - Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments - Maintain HR Dashboard
