Chief Financial Officer - Strategic Finance - Manufacturing Firm - CA

Role Mandate:

- Partner closely with the promoters and play a strategic, entrepreneurial finance leadership role.

- Lead acquisitions, reorganisations, restructuring and other strategic transactions.

- Drive financial strategy as the business scales and expands across multiple plants.

- Act as the key finance partner to the promoters for evaluating and executing growth initiatives.

- Support the organisation in building a significantly larger business.

- Manage transactions end-to-end from a strategic finance perspective, rather than being limited to operational finance.

- Help shape the long-term financial and organisational structure of the business.

Ideal Profile:

- Senior CA with strong strategic finance and transaction experience.

- Experience working closely with promoters/founders in an entrepreneurial or promoter-led environment.

- Strong exposure to M&A, restructuring, acquisitions and business reorganisation.

- Someone who is self-driven, commercially oriented and growth-focused.

- Should be comfortable operating as a strategic partner to the promoters, rather than only as a traditional CFO managing finance operations.

- No immediate capital-raising requirement; focus is on growth, transactions and building the business.
