Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: NCR WFO 5days a week

Reporting To: CEO / Founder

About the Company:

A fast-growing SaaS-based Loyality Fintech platform serving enterprise customers globally. The company is scaling rapidly and is looking for a strategic yet hands-on CFO to drive financial excellence, fundraising, governance, and long-term value creation.

Role Summary:

The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, driving fundraising initiatives, managing investor relations, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting the company through hypergrowth. Prior experience in SaaS metrics, subscription revenue, ARR, profitability models, and scaling a company towards IPO is highly preferred. A stable career track record, high credibility, and strong ethical standards are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance & Leadership:

- Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and budgeting aligned with growth objectives.

- Advise CEO and Board on financial performance, risk, capital allocation, and long-term planning.

- Drive business model optimisation for SaaS (ARR, MRR, CAC, churn, LTV, payback, pricing strategies).

- Build financial systems, processes, dashboards, and controls suitable for a scaling tech organisation.

Fundraising & Investor Relationss:

Operational & Hands-On Finance:

- Oversee accounting, compliance, audits, tax, treasury, and financial reporting.

- Implement robust internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product on revenue forecasting and pricing strategy.

- Drive cost optimisation, unit economics analysis, and cash flow management.

IPO Readiness (Good to Have):

- Experience taking a company through late-stage fundraising, SEC/SEBI filings, or IPO readiness.

- Exposure to corporate restructuring, ESOP planning, and public-company governance.

Team Leadership:

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 1520 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

- Proven experience in SaaS-based, E-commerce, FinTech, or high-growth startup environments.

- Strong exposure to Ecommerce, Fintech , Loyality , Rewards subscription business models and or Wallet account , financial modelling, and investor reporting.

- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, founder-led setup.

- Demonstrated success in fundraising (VC, PE, institutional investors).

- Good to have: Experience taking a company through IPO or preparing for IPO.

- Professional qualifications like CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
