- Overseeing all financial activities

- Financial Planning, budgeting, forecasting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

- Closely work with vertical CEOs to develop strategies for financial growth & stability.

- Investment, Mergers & Acquisition and liasoning.

- Manage relationships with Investors, Banks & Finance Institutions.

- Manage the company's capital structure and cash flow.

- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to monitor compliance with policies and procedures.

- Risk Management
