Chief Financial Officer - Professional Services

Position Overview:

The CFO will lead the firm's finance function and be responsible for financial strategy, FP&A, profitability, cash flow, billing & collections, taxation, compliance, financial controls, MIS and partner reporting.

The ideal candidate should have experience in professional services, preferably with a law firm, Big 4, consulting or accounting firm or partnership-led organisation, and should be comfortable working closely with Partners and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.

- Drive profitability, cash flow, working capital and cost optimisation.

- Oversee billing, collections, WIP and revenue management.

- Manage treasury, banking, taxation and statutory compliance.

- Strengthen financial controls, governance and MIS reporting.

- Provide strategic financial insights to Partners and senior leadership.

- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Candidate Profile:

- CA preferred or MBA Finance.

- Relevant experience with senior finance leadership exposure.

- Strong knowledge of FP&A, taxation, financial reporting, billing, collections and profitability.

- Professional services experience preferred.

- Strong leadership, analytical, commercial and communication skills.

- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional maturity.
