Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Firm

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function of a high-growth organization. The role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in manufacturing finance, proven experience working with Private Equity stakeholders, and exposure to IPO readiness and execution environments.

The CFO will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring governance and compliance, and partnering with the leadership team to scale the business sustainably.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Partner with CEO/Board to define and execute financial strategy aligned with business growth and value creation.

- Drive long-term financial planning, capital structuring, and investor alignment.

Financial Management & Control :

- Oversee end-to-end finance operations: accounting, MIS, taxation, treasury, audit, and compliance.

- Ensure robust financial controls, reporting accuracy, and regulatory adherence.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Manufacturing Finance Excellence :

- Drive cost optimization, plant-level financial controls, and margin improvement.

- Monitor inventory, working capital, and operational efficiencies.

- Implement systems for cost accounting, standard costing, and profitability tracking.

Investor & IPO Readiness :

- Engage with Private Equity investors, board members, and external stakeholders.

- Support fundraising, due diligence, and valuation exercises.

- Contribute to IPO readiness initiatives including governance, reporting standards, and compliance frameworks.

Team Leadership :

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

- Establish a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
