About the Opportunity :

Our client is a leading, diversified manufacturing organization with a strong presence across domestic and international markets. The company is looking to appoint an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and partner with the leadership team in driving business growth, profitability, governance, and long-term value creation. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the Board and senior management team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function of the organization.

- Drive financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

- Provide commercial and financial insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

- Ensure robust financial controls, governance, risk management, and statutory compliance.

- Manage treasury, working capital, cash flow, capital allocation, and banking relationships.

- Lead investor, auditor, regulatory, and stakeholder interactions.

- Support business expansion initiatives, acquisitions, investments, and strategic projects.

- Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations.

Candidate Profile :

Qualification :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.

Experience :

- Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles.

- Must have experience working in manufacturing organizations.

- Strong exposure to financial planning & analysis, treasury, taxation, accounting, compliance, corporate finance, and business partnering.

- Experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations and complex business environments will be preferred.
