Manufacturing operations are anchored by six facilities in Bengaluru. Role Summary:
The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the Chairman and Board, leading the finance function across domestic and international operations. The role extends beyond traditional finance leadership into strategic decision-making, governance, business expansion, treasury, and regulatory advisory working closely with promoters, bankers, auditors, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Chairman and Board on financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term growth plans.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across entities.
- Own controllership books of accounts, month/year-end close, Ind AS compliance, internal controls across manufacturing and international entities.
- Oversee statutory and internal audits, ensuring clean opinions and timely closure of observations.
- Manage treasury, liquidity planning, and consortium banking relationships; lead financing and credit rating engagements.
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, GST, customs, export incentive schemes, and transfer pricing, including assessments and litigation.
- Ensure FEMA compliance and support overseas subsidiary finance operations and cross-border transactions.
- Strengthen enterprise-wide governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a finance organization across corporate and manufacturing locations.
Candidate Profile:
- CA preferred.
- 1825 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong background in manufacturing, ideally labour-intensive or export-oriented industries.
- Proven experience across multi-entity finance operations, controllership, treasury, taxation, FEMA/international finance, and corporate governance.
- Track record of working directly with promoters, Boards, banks, and auditors.
