Chief Financial Officer - Infrastructure - CA

We are looking for an experienced CFO to lead the finance function and drive financial strategy, governance, and business performance.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience with a Big 4 firm and strong exposure to the infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, MIS, cash flow, and overall financial strategy.

- Oversee financial reporting, controls, compliance, taxation, and audits.

- Drive project finance, fund raising, working capital, and financial risk management.

- Partner with the leadership team on business planning, investments, and strategic decisions.

Requirements:

- 13 - 16 years of relevant experience, including experience with a Big 4 firm & infrastructure industry.

- Strong experience in the infrastructure sector, preferably across large-scale projects.

- Proven experience in project finance, fund raising, financial planning, and stakeholder management.

- Strong leadership, commercial, analytical, and communication skills.
