As the Chief Financial Officer for our India business, you will serve as the primary financial architect and strategic partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors. You will oversee the entire financial ecosystem, including financial planning and analysis, treasury management, taxation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the business remains agile in a competitive landscape. You will lead high-performing finance teams and collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership to drive profitable growth, optimize capital allocation, and mitigate enterprise risk. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the company's long-term financial roadmap, directly influencing our market position and shareholder value in the Indian market.
We are looking for an experienced CFO to lead the finance function for our India business.
Key Requirements:
- CA qualification with 14+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in listed companies / stock exchange - driven environments.
- Proven expertise in managing marketplace and offline/office business operations.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, business finance, compliance, governance, and reporting.
- Experience in handling a stable and scaled business environment with strong commercial acumen.
- Leadership experience managing finance teams and working closely with senior management
