Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

- Additional qualifications in Finance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, HR, or ERP Systems will be an advantage.

Experience:

- 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts within a Manufacturing Environment.

- Proven leadership experience in Finance, Audit, Compliance, Treasury, and HR functions.

- Exposure to ERP implementation, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), and Corporate Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounts Management:

- Lead financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and cost accounting functions.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.

- Drive profitability improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Internal Audit & Risk Management:

- Establish and strengthen internal audit systems and risk management frameworks.

- Monitor compliance and recommend corrective actions.

Internal Financial Controls (IFC):

- Design, implement, and strengthen the IFC framework in line with Companies Act requirements.

- Ensure effectiveness of financial reporting controls, asset protection, and risk mitigation.

- Lead periodic IFC testing, documentation, gap assessment, and remediation.

Human Resources Oversight:

- Provide strategic direction on organization structure, manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, leadership development, and succession planning.

- Build a high-performance and people-centric culture.

Secretarial & Corporate Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with Company Secretaries, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Import & Export Documentation:

- Oversee international trade documentation and regulatory compliance.

- Ensure adherence to import-export policies and procedures.

Treasury & Forex Management:

- Manage cash flows, banking relationships, working capital, and forex exposure.

- Optimize fund utilization and treasury operations.

Information Technology & ERP:

- Lead ERP implementation, automation, digitization, and financial systems integration initiatives.

- Drive technology-enabled business improvements.

Strategic Financial Planning:

- Support business growth through strategic planning, financial analysis, investment evaluation, and risk assessment.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and mentor teams across Finance, Accounts, Compliance, Audit, and HR functions.

- Build leadership capabilities and succession pipelines.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management:

- Present financial and operational reports to the Managing Director, Board, Banks, Auditors, Investors, and other stakeholders.

- Support strategic decision-making through actionable insights.
