Chief Financial Officer - Fund Management Firm - CA

Our Client-A Leading Fund Management Firm with a strong footprint across UAE, India, and Mauritius-is looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer for their Mumbai office.

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days a week)

What you'll do:

- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Oversee treasury operations, ALM reporting, MIS, and financial risk management.

- Drive funding strategies, investor relations, and capital market initiatives.

- Ensure regulatory compliance, robust internal controls, and audit oversight.

- Identify opportunities to enhance net worth without incremental risk.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CA preferred).

- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

- Preferred industry experience: AMC's, NBFC's, Asset Management Companies.

- Strong expertise in financial strategy, risk management, compliance, and investor relations.

- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
