Chief Financial Officer - EMEA/Manufacturing - CA

A leading Manufacturing organization in the Packaging Solutions domain is looking for a CFO to manage India, Middle East, Australia region. The role will shuttle between the regions, though largely be based in Bangalore/ Hyderabad.

We are looking for CAs (2000-2006 batches) with experience in Finance. International Finance experience is a MUST.

Candidates must International Finance experience. Candidates who have lived outside India and led Finance Teams outside India will be considered an ideal fit for the role.

The role will involve:

Financial Planning and Analysis

- Provide comprehensive P&L reporting to local country management and the US, Regional Teams for corporate and US GAAP reporting.

- Collaborate with department leaders to create budgets and analyze financial results. Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Compliance and Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting standards. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, implementing policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.

- Oversee the companys audit procedures.

- Oversee legal matters related to organizational operations, including compliance, contracts, and regulatory issues.

Capital Investments and Cost Management

Treasury and Credit

- Manage and maintain relationships with banks.

- Create and maintain cash flow projections, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs. Manage credit policies and conduct audits.

Financial Operations and Shared Services

- Lead the team in preparing and presenting local GAAP reports. Conduct thorough analysis of customer and vendor data to support business decisions.

Mergers and Acquisitions

- Serve as the point of contact for mergers and acquisitions activity, utilizing third-party consultants

Tax

- Oversee income and non income tax-related matters.
