Chief Financial Officer - Diversified Business Group - CA

We are hiring Chief Financial Officer(CFO) for a multi business firm.

Industry Preference: Real estate/Infrastructure/Services/Energy

Location: Bangalore

Education: Chartered Accountant(CA)

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Partner with the MD and leadership team to formulate and execute the Group's long-term business and financial strategy.

- Drive value creation through effective financial planning, capital structuring, and business performance management.

- Provide strategic recommendations on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new business initiatives.

Financial Planning & Control :

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

- Monitor business performance through robust MIS, dashboards, and financial analytics.

- Ensure optimal working capital management and cash flow planning.

Treasury & Fund Management :

- Manage banking relationships, debt restructuring, fund raising, and treasury operations.

- Develop and implement strategies for capital optimization and investment management.

Taxation & Compliance :

- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting.

- Ensure adherence to Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws.

Governance & Risk Management :

- Strengthen internal financial controls, audit mechanisms, and enterprise risk management frameworks.

- Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Build and lead a high-performing finance function across multiple business entities.

- Present financial results and strategic updates to the Board, Audit Committee, lenders, and investors.
