What You'll Be Doing:

- Financial Strategy & Planning

- Budgeting & Financial Management

- Accounting & Compliance

- Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Team Leadership & Development

- Risk Management

- Investor Relations & Fundraising

- ERP & Financial Systems

What We're Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience (at least 3-5 years leading the charge).

- CA Qualification Mandatory.

- Experience in manufacturing and D2C

- Deep knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting

- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems

- A problem-solver who can balance growth, risk, and making sure payday never fails.
