Chief Financial Officer - Chemicals - CA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the Accounts, Taxation, Costing, and overall Finance operations of the organization.

2. Drive budget finalization processes, working capital management, insurance planning, and credit rating engagements.

3. Prepare and present MIS reports and other financial updates for Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

4. Actively contribute to strategic initiatives, including roadshows, private equity engagements, and business expansion plans.

5. Independently manage plant-level finance functions, including audits and compliance.

6. Oversee forex transactions and treasury management activities to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial risks.

7. Lead fund-raising initiatives, including debt and equity financing.

8. Analyze and define risk-reward profiles for new and ongoing projects to support informed decision-making.

Level of Educational Qualifications & Experience :

1. Chartered Accountant

2. 20+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Pharma API company.
