Role Overview:

As the Chief Financial Officer based in Kolkata, you will serve as the primary architect of the organization's financial strategy, steering the company toward sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee comprehensive financial reporting and ensure adherence to Ind-AS, US GAAP and IFRS standards to maintain transparency with stakeholders.

- Drive the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes to provide the leadership team with accurate visibility into business performance.

- Manage investor relations by articulating the company's financial narrative and growth potential to shareholders and external partners.

- Spearhead complex financial modeling initiatives to evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions that drive business expansion.

- Direct all taxation strategies and compliance frameworks to minimize liabilities and ensure the company remains in good standing with regulatory authorities.
