Chief Financial Officer - CA

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and governance for the organization.

- Drive treasury, banking, and working capital management.

- Manage debt structuring, lender relationships, and financial negotiations.

- Lead fundraising initiatives, including institutional and strategic funding.

- Ensure robust audit, compliance, and risk management frameworks.

- Partner closely with promoters, board members, investors, and senior leadership.

- Drive finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Oversee financial operations across multiple manufacturing units.

Desired Profile :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 20 - 25+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

- Strong industry exposure to FMCG, food processing, consumer products, manufacturing, retail, or allied sectors.

- Proven expertise in treasury, banking, debt funding, and working capital management.

- Demonstrated experience in fundraising / institutional funding is highly preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the leadership level.
