Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, risk management, compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to the leadership team to support business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial strategy, planning, and analysis of the organization.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance requirements.

- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and capital structure.

- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team.

- Oversee internal controls, audit processes, and risk management frameworks.

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.

- Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and expansion plans.

- Monitor company performance through financial KPIs and MIS reporting.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting standards, and taxation.

- Experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and financial strategy.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification - Mandatory.

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.

- Prior experience in senior finance roles such as Finance Director / Head of Finance / CFO preferred.

- Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and compliance.
