One of our clients, a leading multinational brand is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial operations in Istanbul, Turkey. This strategic leadership role requires an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in managing cross-border operations and driving financial excellence in a dynamic global environment. This role demands strong financial leadership, cross-border expertise, and the ability to drive business growth in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS and Turkish tax regulations.

- Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital effectively.

- Partner with senior leadership to support growth and profitability.

- Lead risk management and internal controls across all financial operations.

- Drive automation and process improvements for reporting and analytics.

- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

- Provide strategic insights to the CEO and Board for decision-making.

Must Have :

Education : Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

Experience :

- Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

- Strong background in personal care with exposure to multinational environments.

Nationality :

- Indian-origin candidates willing to relocate to Istanbul, Turkey.

- Proven track record in managing cross-border financial operations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
