Role Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a core member of the executive leadership team and a trusted advisor to the Board and Promoters. This high-impact role is ideal for a seasoned finance leader who brings strategic depth, execution rigor, and long-term commitment.

Beyond financial stewardship, the CFO will play a central role in driving growth, strengthening governance frameworks, and preparing the organization for public-market expectations, while instilling listed-company discipline and enabling sustainable value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a strategic partner to the Board and Promoters, providing data-driven insights for long-term decision-making

2. Drive enterprise-wide financial strategy aligned with growth, capital efficiency, and profitability

3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and transparent financial reporting

4. Establish robust KPIs, MIS dashboards, and performance management systems

5. Lead end-to-end IPO preparedness and manage relationships with bankers, auditors, regulators, and advisors

6. Implement listed-entity compliance standards including SEBI, LODR, and related regulatory frameworks

7. Oversee bullion and metal financing structures, including Gold Metal Loan (GML) facilities

8. Design and implement hedging strategies to mitigate gold price and market volatility

9. Strengthen internal controls, governance mechanisms, and ethical financial practices

10. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, future-ready finance leadership team

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

2. 15+ years of overall experience in finance, accounting, and strategic leadership

3. 5 to 8 years of senior leadership experience within a listed company environment

4. Strong Board-level advisory exposure and executive decision-making experience

5. Hands-on IPO execution or post-listing compliance experience

6. Prior exposure to Gems & Jewellery, Luxury Retail, or consumer-focused businesses preferred
