Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and statutory compliance.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

- Monitor revenue cycles, patient billing systems, reimbursements, and cost control initiatives.

- Ensure timely completion of audits, tax filings, and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with the senior management team to support strategic planning, business expansion, and operational decision-making.

- Lead financial risk management, capital allocation, and performance reporting to improve financial efficiency.

- Provide financial insights, dashboards, and reports to support management in key business decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

- Mandatory experience in financial management within a multispecialty hospital environment.

- Strong leadership abilities with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- In-depth knowledge of healthcare finance operations, revenue cycle management, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
