Chief Financial Officer - B2B Jewellery Industry

CFO:

We are seeking a strategic financial leader to build and lead the finance team as we prepare for a public listing. Youll oversee financial planning, accounting, controls and investor relations ensuring readiness for IPO and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all finance functions: accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.

- Build and strengthen internal controls, governance and compliance frameworks for a listed company.

- Prepare for IPO: oversee due diligence, disclosures, listings filings and coordination with advisors.

- Deliver financial insights for growth initiatives: store expansion, product mix, new markets, supply-chain margin analysis.

- Manage tax, treasury (including bullion/gold financing if applicable), regulatory compliance and risk.

- Drive investor relations post-listing: financial communications, analyst liaison and timely reporting.

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team and partner with operations, procurement, manufacturing and retail.

Ideal Candidate:

- CA / CPA (or equivalent) with 10-15 years senior finance leadership preferably in retail/consumer goods or jewellery/luxury.

- Experience with public companies or IPOs, Indian GAAP / Ind AS / IFRS and securities regulations.

- Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management and communication skills.

- High ethical standards and proven ability to implement process, discipline and support growth.
