In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, risk management, accounting, budgeting, and safeguarding the organization's financial health. As a strategic partner to the executive team, you will play a key role in driving the companys growth and profitability, while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in all financial matters

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, executive leadership, and board of directors to shape the companys long-term growth plans and investment strategies.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Lead the development of financial forecasting models, budgets, and financial reports,ensuring the accuracy of financial data and alignment with business objectives.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, industry trends, and market opportunities to inform decision-making.

Operational Financial Management:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, tax compliance, and payroll.

- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to optimize operational efficiency and reduce financial risk.

Automotive Industry Insights:

- Utilize industry-specific knowledge to manage the financial implications of manufacturing, supply chain management, automotive sales, and after-sales services.

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to assess the financial viability of newvehicle launches, cost structures, and dealership network expansions.

Risk Management & Compliance:

- Implement robust risk management strategies, including financial risk assessments,insurance management, and compliance with regulatory standards, especially within the automotive

sector.

- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with tax and financial reporting requirements

Investor Relations:

- Lead capital raising efforts when needed, including debt and equity financing.

- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other key financial stakeholders.

- Present the companys financial position and future outlook to the board, investors, and potential partners.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and innovation.

- Identify training needs and ensure the finance team is up to date with the latest financial regulations, tools, and best practices in the automobile sector.
