Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Delhi NCR
Industry: Agro / Manufacturing / Listed Company
Role Overview:
Lead the overall financial strategy of the organization ensuring liquidity, profitability, and long term sustainability
Act as a strategic partner to the Board and senior management Drive fundraising, capital market transactions, investor relations, and financial governance for a listed entity
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Capital Markets:
- Lead equity, debt, and hybrid fundraising (IPO, QIP, Rights Issue, Private Placements)
- Evaluate and optimize capital structure to support growth objectives
- Manage share buybacks, ESOPs, and other SEBI-compliant capital market transactions
- Track market conditions and advise the Board on fundraising timing and structure
Banking & Treasury:
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management
- Ensure compliance with banking covenants and financing terms
Investor Relations & Governance:
- Lead investor relations and stakeholder communication
- Present quarterly and annual financial results as per SEBI (LODR) norms
- Support investor meetings, analyst calls, and post-listing communications
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting under Ind-AS
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, GST, and Income Tax laws
- Coordinate statutory audits and ensure financial integrity
Strategic Financial Planning:
- Drive long-term financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation
- Support M&A, diversification, and investment decisions
- Conduct scenario analysis, risk assessment, and sensitivity modeling
Cost Optimization & Performance:
- Lead cost optimization initiatives across functions
- Monitor KPIs, margins, and profitability improvement initiatives
Internal Controls & Risk Management:
- Strengthen internal control frameworks and audit processes
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk mitigation practices
Systems & Technology:
- Implement and enhance ERP and financial systems
- Improve automation, reporting accuracy, and financial analytics
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
- Drive financial discipline, accountability, and ethical practices
Candidate Profile:
- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
- 15+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles
- Minimum 5 years experience in a listed company environment
- Strong exposure to capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations
- Hands-on experience with IPO/QIP/Rights Issue/Debt raising
