Chief Financial Officer

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, MIS and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functions.

- Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and business planning.

- Lead and manage the company's IPO / public listing process, including IPO readiness, financial due diligence, regulatory requirements and coordination with advisors.

- Ensure robust financial reporting, internal controls, governance and statutory compliance.

- Work closely with the Board, promoters, investors, auditors, investment bankers, legal advisors and other stakeholders.

- Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI and other applicable regulations.

- Drive working capital optimisation, cost management and profitability improvement.

- Establish scalable finance processes, systems and controls to support business growth.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team for strategic and business decisions.

- Lead and develop the finance team and build a strong finance governance and performance culture.
