Chief Financial Officer

Role Overview:

- Work closely with CEO in business planning, growth strategies and strategic decision-making.

- Provide strategic insights to the CEO and Board regarding profitability, market expansion, and product line performance.

- Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis function to provide actionable insights that guide executive decision-making and long-term business expansion.

- Oversee corporate finance initiatives, including capital structuring and investment appraisals, to ensure the organization maintains a healthy balance sheet and optimal liquidity.

- Direct treasury operations and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets against market volatility and currency fluctuations within the Bangladesh economic environment.

- Drive the integrity of financial reporting by ensuring strict compliance with local statutory requirements and international accounting standards to maintain stakeholder trust.

Stakeholder Management:

- Ensure transparent reporting and alignment with shareholder agreements.

- Present financial performance, forecasts and risk assessments to board.

- Provide financial insights to the board and partners.
