About the Role:

We are currently handling a very senior Finance leadership opening for one of our Naukri Assist Premium clients based in Mumbai.

Industry & Experience Requirements:

- Experience: 15-20+ years of progressive finance leadership roles.

- Industry: FinTech, Payments, BFSI, Digital Banking, NBFCs, or Large-Scale Financial Services Firms.

- Preferred Background: Current or former CFO, Deputy CFO, Head of Finance, or equivalent leadership role in a high-growth financial institution.

- Proven Track Record: Must have significantly contributed to financial growth, operational efficiency, and compliance excellence in previous organizations.

Candidate Desired Profile:

- Proven expertise in financial modeling for large-scale proposals and revenue leakage prevention.

- Strong leadership skills, capable of handling complex financial operations in a high-growth FinTech ecosystem.

- Industry reputation as a top finance executive with strategic thinking, problem-solving, and regulatory expertise.

- Experience working in large, regulated financial institutions with exposure to banking, payments, or digital financial services.

- Chief mindset for strong growth ready to scale financial strategies for a growing FinTech enterprise.
