Chief Financial Officer

A rapidly growing Technology Services organization is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and partner with the leadership team in driving the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives

- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and Leadership

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Monitor revenue, gross margins, EBITDA, and profitability across business units

- Develop financial dashboards and KPIs

- Analyse project profitability and resource utilization

- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements

- Oversee statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting

- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards

- Optimize working capital

- Manage banking relationships and funding requirements

- Oversee collections, vendor payments, and treasury operations

- Implement enterprise risk management

- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance

- Monitor contractual, operational, and cybersecurity-related financial risks

- Support sales teams with commercial reviews and deal structuring

- Evaluate pricing strategies and bid profitability

- Support M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments

- Build and mentor high-performing teams

- Drive automation of finance processes and ERP optimization
