Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial management of the organization with deep expertise over costing, MIS, financial audit, due diligence, external stakeholder management and experience of working with companies of revenue in size of 250-300.0Cr and also having a through understanding towards IPO roadmap and preparation and supporting all necessary activities.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in corporate finance, banking relationships, financial planning, compliance, and growth strategy. A proven track record of raising funds, managing cash flow, and optimizing capital structures is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead all financial functions including Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Auditing, Taxation, and Financial Planning.

- Establish and maintain strong banking and institutional relationships for working capital, term loans, and expansion funding.

- Drive fundraising activities, negotiate credit facilities, and ensure cost-effective utilization of funds.

- Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.

- Monitor key financial metrics including profitability, liquidity, cost efficiency, and ROI across business units.

- Partner with the Board, and CEO to drive strategic decisions including M&A, capital allocation, and risk management.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax frameworks including GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory norms.

- Drive internal financial controls and audit mechanisms for transparency and governance.

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team with a focus on automation, ERP-based reporting, and data-driven insights.
