About:
- Provide strategic financial direction at the organization and department level by supervising the process of annual business and financials to facilitate achievement of business targets.
- Prepare annual organization and department level budget based on business targets and inputs from departmental heads. Oversee payroll management.
- Direct identification and analysis of various cost centres across the Organization and recommend cost control measures.
- Supervise all admin and procurement activities for cost optimization, quality control and efficient vendor management.
- Review, consolidate and finalize annual accounts and submit for board approval.
- Direct and monitor compliance with specific board resolutions having financial implications.
- Ensure corporate governance with regard to financial matters.
- Direct, develop, maintain and implement of all accounting policies & procedures in compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders viz., SEBI, ministry of finance, RBI, legal department, internal control and compliance department and auditors to ensure compliance, as applicable.
- Managing Treasury function by managing debt raising, fund & liquidity. Keeping a track on sources of fund for optimum utilization of funds.
- Ensure accurate reporting of all finances and optimization of tax structures within the current framework.
- Provide guidance, counselling and feedback to subordinates on their performance to ensure a motivated and committed team.
