Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Governance:
- Lead global tax, regulatory, and statutory compliance across India, the US, and Singapore.
- Oversee financial governance, accounting standards, legal oversight, and enterprise risk management.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, audit frameworks, and financial discipline across entities.
Financial Reporting & Controls:
- Manage multi-entity financial reporting with high accuracy, transparency, and adherence to timelines.
- Lead finalization of accounts, statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with evolving financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
- Oversee cash flow planning, treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
- Ensure prudent investment management, capital allocation, and financial risk mitigation.
Strategic Planning & MIS:
- Prepare MIS dashboards, strategic financial reports, scenario analyses, and investment insights for senior leadership.
- Support leadership with financial modeling, forecasting, and long-term strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, wealth managers, banks, and financial institutions.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the leadership team and board.
Philanthropy & Impact Finance:
- Oversee philanthropic capital planning, compliance, and governance aligned with long-term impact goals.
- Ensure financial transparency and accountability in social impact initiatives and education programs.
Job Requirements:
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, preferably in NGOs, education, family offices, or diversified portfolios.
- Strong experience in global taxation, multi-country compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven expertise in governance, risk controls, audit environments, and financial systems.
- Experience managing wealth, investments, real estate, and philanthropic funds.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-entity environments and handle critical situations.
