Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a highly experienced Finance Head / CFO-level professional with 20+ years of experience in financial management, preferably from a manufacturing background.

We are not considering profiles with current designations such as Senior Engineer - the candidate should be heading the finance function, leading a team, and directly reporting to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in:

- Financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis specific to manufacturing operations.

- Cash flow management, including preparation and analysis of cash flow statements, managing working capital, and ensuring timely invoice collections to maintain healthy liquidity.

- Banking and financial negotiations, including handling bank credit facilities, arranging working capital, and optimizing credit limits.

- SAP proficiency, balance sheet preparation, monthly and annual financial reporting, and variance analysis.

- Strategic thinking and risk management - identifying potential financial risks and implementing proactive corrective measures.

- Cost optimization and internal control improvements to ensure financial stability and support long-term organizational goals.

- The candidate should be a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and top management to drive financial strategy and business growth.
