Position Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Greater Noida

10-15 Years (Industry Experience- Preferably manufacturing)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) while CS & CFA as additional qualification will be considered as extra merits.

Brief Company Introduction:

Company is an automotive Tier-I 5 years old startup engaged in Design, Development and manufacturing into Powertrain solutions for varied application categories for EV OEMs and supplying to leading OEMs. Company is aggressively expanding and coming up with 3rd manufacturing unit and scaling up manufacturing and also extending product line from electric motors to transmission and other allied hardware to emerge as an integrated powertrain solution. Company is having an internal mandate for scale up and grow with 7-8X in revenue in coming 4 years time, extending product line, coming up with new factory, foraying into export market and expansion of current export entry, IPO listing, R&D expansion and setting up network partners pan INDIA in coming years.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial management of the organization with deep expertise over costing, MIS, financial audit, due diligence, external stakeholder management and experience of working with companies of revenue in size of 250-300.0Cr and also having a through understanding towards IPO roadmap and preparation and supporting all necessary activities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in corporate finance, banking relationships, financial planning, compliance, and growth strategy. A proven track record of raising funds, managing cash flow, and optimizing capital structures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all financial functions including Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Auditing, Taxation, and Financial Planning.

- Establish and maintain strong banking and institutional relationships for working capital, term loans, and expansion funding.

- Drive fundraising activities, negotiate credit facilities, and ensure cost-effective utilization of funds.

- Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.

- Monitor key financial metrics including profitability, liquidity, cost efficiency, and ROI across business units.

- Partner with the Board, and CEO to drive strategic decisions including M&A, capital allocation, and risk management.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax frameworks including GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory norms.

- Drive internal financial controls and audit mechanisms for transparency and governance.

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team with a focus on automation, ERP based reporting, and data-driven insights.
