Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Delhi
Job Summary:
The CEO leads the overall strategy, operations, and culture of the organization.
This role is responsible for executing business plans, ensuring quality and safety, and fostering integrity and transparency across all functions.
The CEO works closely with department heads, partners, and external stakeholders to achieve sustainable growth and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies aligned with board directives.
- Translate vision into clear objectives and measurable goals for all business units.
Operations:
- Oversee production, supply chain, and delivery to meet targets and quality standards.
- Drive efficiency, productivity, and cost control through innovation and digital transformation.
Quality & Compliance:
- Maintain strong quality assurance systems across sourcing, processing, packaging, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards.
Financial Stewardship:
- Manage budgets, working capital, and investments.
- Optimize procurement, pricing, and cash flow to strengthen margins.
People & Culture:
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Promote accountability, ethics, and continuous learning.
- Establish succession plans for key roles.
Risk & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Maintain business continuity and crisis response plans.
Stakeholder Management:
- Represent the organization to investors, customers, suppliers, regulators, and industry bodies.
- Build strong relationships with partners and external agencies.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee inspection, testing, and certification functions.
- Ensure adherence to international standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.)
- Optimize resources, costs, and turnaround times.

- Delivery of strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
- Achievement of production, export, and profitability targets.
- Implementation of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- High audit scores and customer satisfaction.

- Internal: Board of Directors, senior leadership, operations, quality, finance, and compliance teams.

Job Specification:
Education (Essential): Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
Education (Desirable): Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, PMP.
Experience (Essential): 15+ years in FMCG/food manufacturing with P&L ownership and cross-functional leadership.
Experience (Desirable): International markets, export logistics, digital transformation, agri-business exposure.
Other Requirements: High integrity, analytical thinking, innovation, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
