Role Overview:
Lead the launch, localization and scale-up of organaization in India by adapting a globally validated business model and building a profitable, fast-growing operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and scale the organaization in India by deploying adapting and evolving a validated global model to fit the Indian market realities we provide the platform, systems, processes, content, know-how and operational playbook; you localize the model and turn it into a scalable business.
- Commercial Growth - establish companies presence in India through strategic corporate partnerships that create a sustainable revenue base. Comfort with ambiguity, ability to test, fail fast, recalibrate
- P&L Leadership - oversee business planning, financial execution, budgeting and performance reporting, ensuring disciplined, data-informed decisions.
- Organizational Culture - hire people who share our purpose and build a culture grounded in inspire people to discover their dreams through education, social impact of the business,long-term thinking, not just scale
- Brand Stewardship - represent the organaization in India across business, media and industry environments, ensuring our identity is communicated consistently and credibly.
- Global Collaboration - work closely with the companies European leadership to align with global product, content and operational standards, while tailoring execution for the Indian market.
