Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement the companys vision, mission, and long-term strategic plans to enhance market position and achieve sustainable growth.

- Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Financial Oversight:

- Manage the companys financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.

- Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the companys product and service offerings to achieve targets set by Board of Directors.

- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and other key stakeholders.

- Talent Management:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the senior management team and staff to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Corporate Governance:

- Ensure robust corporate governance practices, compliance with legal requirements, and ethical standards throughout the organization.

- Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks to the business and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Reporting:

- Report to the Board of Directors on business performance, strategic initiatives, and key developments.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education:

- Bachelors degree in engineering & masters degree in business administration, or a related field.

- Experience:

- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in electrical switchgear Medium and Low Voltage, with at least 10 years in a senior executive role.

- Skills:

- Exceptional strategic thinking, operational management, financial acumen, decision-making, interpersonal, marketing and communication skills.

- Industry Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of the electrical and switchgear industry in utility & private, including market trends, regulatory environment, and technological advancements. Working with foreign clients & middle east utility market knowledge is preferable.
