Job Description : 1. Digital Strategy Development: The CDO will work closely with the executive team to define the organization's digital vision and strategy. This involves understanding market trends, assessing the impact of emerging technologies viz. AI, IOT, and identifying opportunities for digital initiatives. 2. Digital Transformation Leadership: The CDO will lead the digital transformation efforts across various departments and functions of the organization. This includes driving cultural change, promoting digital literacy, and fostering a digital-first mindset throughout the organization. 3.
