Chief AI Evangelist - AI Transformation

Job description:

We are looking for a business-first transformation leader who has successfully led large-scale operations and is now driving AI-led change. This role is about reimagining operations and business models using AI, analytics, and automationnot a pure technology role, but a strategic transformation mandate.

Role Overview :

- Lead the transformation of core ship management operations through AI-driven models.

- Shape how AI enables new service offerings, enhanced transparency, and differentiated outcomes.

- Partner with CXOs and business leaders to define the future-state operating model.

- Translate business needs into actionable AI / digital initiatives in collaboration with tech teams.

- Drive organization-wide adoption, embedding AI into everyday operations.

What Were Looking For :

- 12-18 years of experience in operations / business leadership roles

- Proven track record of driving transformation at scale

- Exposure to AI / analytics / automation initiatives (hands-on expertise not mandatory)

- Strong understanding of how technology impacts operations and business outcomes

- Ability to simplify complex problems and apply practical, outcome-driven AI thinking

- High influence and stakeholder management capability, with comfort engaging senior leadership
