Chartered Club - Vice President - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing end-to-end accounting operations (Billing, AR/AP, GL, Costing, Inventory & Revenue Recognition).

2. Manage internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards & regulatory norms.

3. Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Indian GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS.

4. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis for management reviews.

5. Drive financial strategy, risk management, internal controls, and process improvements across the organisation.
