Description:
- You would onboard new vendors in ChargePoint ERP.
- Update existing vendor records in ERP.
- Perform vendor outreach via calls and emails to obtain or validate vendor details.
- Educate requesters on pre-requisites of vendor setup documents.
- Guide requesters to navigation through onboarding tool, etc.
As a Buyer:
- You will be responsible for procuring goods and services for MRO.
- Convert Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).
- Acquire quotes from requestors, maintain and update order acknowledgement, currency, payment terms, ship dates and expedite delivery if needed.
- Monitor status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Review monthly & quarterly Open Order Reports assuring PO dates are aligned.
- Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality problems with suppliers and our AP/AR team.
- Manage and resolve ongoing issues with internal mappings of departments, GL Accounts, and commodities with FP&A team within ChargePoints ERP system.
- Resolve any concern with suppliers or receiving department providing missing packing slips, and discrepancies, incorrect materials shipped, etc.
- Provide trainings or guidance to internal stakeholders if needed.
- Manage ChargePoints Amazon account & monitoring users, etc.

Requirements:

- Initiative in learning and changing work methods to accomplish assigned tasks on a timely basis.

Education Requirements:
- 2-4 years relevant work experience in vendor setup and Procurement.
- Prior experience in Electronic Vehicle / Automotive environment desired.
