Key Responsibilities:
Regional Shop Expansion Project Management: to lead regional Shop Expansion Marketing activities, play a regional role of managing the program through various distributed functional teams.
Visual Merchandising Management: Plan, Execute & review POSM, Collaterals, & brandings at the last mile store for the region.
Planning and Organizing Events: Plan, Organize local consumer & channel partner events.
Performance Analysis: Analyze new and existing marketing programs to determine effect on sales and augment marketing strategies as necessary in context to region & channel marketing.
Vendor management: visits for quality check and audits.
Market visit: for event execution, exclusive store inspection as well as competition analysis.

Qualifications: MBA Marketing/Graduation.
Required Skills:

- Areas covered: Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal, J& K, Rajasthan, UP & UK.
Experience:
- min. 5 years in retail marketing.
- Strong hold on fundamentals of Retail Marketing & BTL.
- Excellent time management and project prioritization skills.
