Role: Channel Manager
Location: Bangalore (Work from Home)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen assigned distribution partner relationships across the region.
- Build deeper engagement with partners through regular communication and support.
- Share marketing material, product updates, and relevant information promptly.
- Address partner service queries quickly and efficiently.
- Drive sales and business growth in line with distributor targets.
- Identify, initiate, and maintain tie-ups with regional distributors to expand business.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Mutual Funds / PMS / AIF sales.
- Strong B2B sales experience with established distributor/partner networks.
- Thorough understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and investment products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in partner/channel management within the financial services sector.
- Well-networked with distributors across PMS, AIF, and MF space.
- Professional, client-centric, and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
