Role: State Head - Operations (Madhya Pradesh)

The State Head - Operations will lead Chalo's operations across Madhya Pradesh, primarily in Indore and Bhopal. The role involves driving operational excellence, managing teams, building stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth service delivery to support business growth and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end operations across Indore and Bhopal.

- Develop and execute plans to improve efficiency and achieve growth targets.

- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing operations teams.

- Maintain relationships with transport authorities and key stakeholders.

- Monitor operational performance and drive data-based improvements.

- Manage budgets and control operational costs.

- Promote adoption of Chalo's technology solutions and enhance user experience.

Required Skills:

- Experience managing large-scale operations, preferably in mobility, logistics, or tech-enabled businesses.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Understanding of the Madhya Pradesh public transport ecosystem.

- Willingness to be based in Indore or Bhopal and travel within the state as needed.
