Chalo - City Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial City Manager to lead and scale our inter-city bus operations in Madhya Pradesh. This role requires strong ownership, operational excellence, and the ability to build and manage relationships with bus operators while rapidly expanding the active fleet.

Role and requirement :

- Strong operations management experience (end-to-end onboarding & execution)

- Understanding of bus/transport operations (especially long-route/intercity)

- High ownership and execution-driven mindset

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Aggressive, result-oriented approach

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions

- Comfortable with on-ground, field-intensive work
